![]() US-24-250W on old firmware 5.3 and APs on latest 4. with Unifi Network 6.1.71.0 without issue at the moment. ![]() IF you're sure of that, try a different firmware revision. You do want to make sure this isn't just your settings being incorrect. Any of those could be the case: when you restart the UDM it's going to restart all services and reprovision all the devices from the current settings. Once you've got that down you can at least start to establish what the problem is (service crashing on the UDM for instance, or incorrect setting or mis-provisioning the APs or a bug in the APs causing multicast traffic to fail - all of which I've seen in the field). Check when things aren't working ,and then check again after restarting the UDM Pro. I tried removing the battery, turn on, turn off, with the sim card, without the sim card. seen at first turn on, or if hardware ☐.1 of full range, ☑LSD. All functions were disabled and I cant use it at all. First select Setup mode from Select mode (refer to section 2). Make sure you're seeing ARP packets going through (a very common broadcast packet), and most IOT devices are very loud so you should be seeing packets to the address x.x.x.255. Remote Reset, duplicating the function of the Reset) key. ![]() Make sure you're getting clean DHCP communication back and forth (looks like this). If you're feeling adventurous put your laptop on the wifi and use wireshark. Check your multicast and DHCP guarding settings. Standard response to this is turn off automatic optimization, enable IGMPv3 and IGMP snooping, consider making a separate 2.4Ghz only network for your IOT devices (a good thing to do anyhow) and be certain that multicast is enabled on it. ![]()
